Four quick scenarios

Short, honest answers beat long polished ones. There are no trick questions.

1. A shop owner says they're happy with their current card processor. What do you say next? 2. Plan a day of 20 door visits in one part of town. Walk us through it. 3. An owner asks "what will I earn?" and wants you to promise results. What do you tell them? 4. Tell us about a time you got tough feedback. What did you do with it?
