    Ten minutes with your stylist before anything starts. Bring photos. Say what you have hated before.

    The appointment

    You get a time, not a window. If colour needs longer, we book it longer rather than rushing the back half.

    Rebooking

    Your next slot with the same stylist gets held before you leave the chair, if you want it.
