These terms apply to your use of the Business Restoration Consultants Group website and to any messages you receive from us. By submitting a form on this site, you agree to these terms.

Our Services

Business Restoration Consultants Group provides done-for-you growth services to local businesses, including website builds and audits, online booking, search and social media marketing, lead generation, payment processing referrals, and financing referrals. Free evaluations — including the Curb Appeal Check — are provided as-is and carry no obligation to purchase.

Quotes and Pricing

Any pricing shown on this site is a starting estimate. Every quote is confirmed in writing before work begins, and no charge is made without your agreement.

SMS / Text Message Terms

Program description. If you tick the consent box on one of our forms, we will send you text messages related to your inquiry — your Curb Appeal Check results, appointment reminders and confirmations, and follow-up about the services you asked about.

Business text lists (keyword opt-in). We also operate opt-in text lists on behalf of the local businesses we serve. You can join a business's list by texting its JOIN keyword (for example, JOIN BELLA) to (984) 314-1141, or by completing that business's signup form, which requires checking an unticked consent box. You will receive a welcome message confirming your subscription. Messages from these lists identify the sending business by name and arrive up to about 4 times per month. Your consent is scoped to the one business whose list you joined; lists are never shared or combined between businesses.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive text messages in order to request an evaluation, get a quote, or buy anything from us.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your activity and the services you request. Most people receive a small number of messages tied to a specific request.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for text messages; your mobile carrier may.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages. Opting out of texts also removes you from our outbound call list.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this site to submit false information, to submit another person's contact details without their permission, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems.

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
